Eileen Bass Cummings, also from Newton MA and a Palm Beach County Resident for over 30 years, brings her love of music, her passion for the Great American Songbook, and her remarkable knowledge of an eclectic range of lyrics, to Swing Street. Eileen graduated from Boston University’s College of Communications and William Paterson University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling, solid foundations for her current interest. As a corporate trainer since 1980, Eileen is at ease performing for groups from 10 to 200, and is able to engage her audience and make each guest feel as if she is singing just to them. Eileen has developed her skills from the local karaoke scene to studying vocal techniques from renowned music professionals to singing with live bands in public venues and private parties. Eileen has sung with the Ray Brown Jr. Band (son of Ella Fitzgerald), is a member of the Jupiter Jazz Society and has performed at local venues such as 264 The Grill in Palm Beach and Double Roads Tavern in Jupiter. She was recently featured in the book "Music and Memories of Palm Beach County." Eileen is also licensed to officiate at wedding ceremonies in the State of Florida.
